• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

• Certain safety or tactical gear (e.g., body armor, first-aid kits, or consumable survival supplies) for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Support team at returns@caspertactical.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Pack the item securely, including the RMA number and proof of purchase.

3. Ship the item to the address listed on the RMA.

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
